About The Bootcamp In Downey

This is a group based workout program held monthly but in 4 week increments. Which means that you only need to commit to 4 weeks at a time. This will help you reset if you need to so that you can adhere to a training program long term.

This bootcamp is for those that are looking to improve their metabolic health, increase their fitness levels, or lose weight. There will be running, jumping, HIIT, strength training, as well as functional training with balance and mobility. But most importantly,  it will be FUN! You will get to meet a group of great people that will inspire you, motivate you, and cheer you on!

If you are ready to commit to a training program, then this is the group for you! We train on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 8am. We are at beautiful Furman Park in Downey.

Please know that if you miss the sign-up period, you will need to wait for the following month to sign-up.

*Disclosure: Before signing up please disclose any conditions and /or injuries that you have (directly to me via e-mail at marisol@marisolfitinspire.netthat will inhibit your ability to participate in running, jumping, and plyometrics. If there is such conditions and you wish to sign up, you will need a doctor's clearance before participating.
