The Bootcamp with Marisol

This is a group based workout program held monthly but in 4 week increments. Which means that you only need to commit to 4 weeks at a time. This will help you reset if you need it so that you can adhere to a training program long term.

This bootcamp is for those that are ready to be challenged and work hard. There will be running, jumping, HIIT, strength training, and calisthenics!  But most important it will be FUN! Get ready to meet a group of great women that will inspire you, motivate you, and cheer you on!

If you are ready to commit to a training program, then this is the group for you! We train on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 7am. We are at a beautiful neighborhood park in Long Beach (Wardlow Park).

Please know that if you miss the sign-up period, which is the 1st Tuesday of every month, you will need to wait for the following month to sign-up.

*Disclosure: Before signing up please disclose any conditions and /or injuries that you have (directly to me via e-mail at marisol@marisolfitinspire.netthat will inhibit your ability to participate in running, jumping, and plyometrics. If there is such conditions and you wish to sign up, you will need a doctor's clearance before participating.
