Function First Group Fitness

Functional Strength Training with Mobility, Flexibility, & Balance Training

This is a 3x's a week group training program. We train on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:30 pm, and Saturdays at 10 am all at Rosie the Riveter Park in Long Beach. This group is for the beginner trainee or the active ager looking to start their fitness journey.  We focus on strengthening the body and the mind so that we can continue to do the activities of daily living (ADL). We will work on strength, cardio, mobility, flexibility, balance and more! You will definitely see changes in weight, strength, mobility, and function. Along with the workouts you will be a part of a great community  that works together to reach their fitness goals. We support and encourage each other at every session. You will feel welcomed the moment you get there. It really is a great group and I'm proud of every single one of them.
